Larry Karp is Professor of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California, Berkeley. His current fields of interest include climate policy, including the study of the formation and performance of international environmental agreements and the dynamic features of emissions policy. He has contributed extensively to both theoretical and empirical literature and has written more than 70 refereed journal articles.

This seminar is part of the Virtual Seminar on Climate Economics series hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and is open to everyone interested in research on the economics of climate change.
